This also allows companies to retain visibility of all communications and ensure corporate compliance.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Other features of the module include real-time enterprise analytics, a shared inbox for easy communication between customers and employees, templated responses, auto-reply suggestions and content moderation functionality that can filter inappropriate
