Organizations must recognize these disparities and design programs that expand leadership opportunities, confront bias head-on, and create environments where work-life balance\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0present any barriers that may potentially derail women\u2019s careers.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The broader survey analysis reinforces this call to action. Despite progress, inequities\u00a0remain\u00a0deeply embedded in workplace culture, particularly in technology fields.
