Make it in the Emirates 2026 marks five years of industrial growth

As Make it in the Emirates 2026 celebrates its fifth anniversary, it stands as the UAE’s flagship initiative to deliver industrial growth at scale through the conversion of ambition into production. An integral part of the UAE’s industrial strategy, the event, taking place from 4th to 7th May, brings together manufacturers, investors, innovators, policymakers, and anchor buyers to create and activate powerful partnerships, mobilize capital, and boost industrial growth. The platform aims to strengthen local manufacturing, deepens industrial value chains, and enable companies of all sizes to manufacture, scale and export from the UAE. 

This year the event will focus on 12 key sectors this year, including food, beverage, and agricultural technology, aerospace, automobiles and defence, pharma and medical technology, ship, maritime and boat manufacturing, metals and fabrications, handicrafts, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, chemicals, plastics, and sustainable materials, machinery and equipment, electrical equipment and electronics, construction and materials, as well as future energy and industrial decarbonisation. 

Impact-Driven Agenda 

Day 1 –  

Enhances the UAE’s focus on strengthening industrial resilience through the creation of a stable, innovation-driven ecosystem that supports long-term growth amid global disruption. 

Day 2 – 

Focus is placed on the UAE’s National In-Country Value program and its role in translating opportunities into measurable business results. 

Day 3 – 

It showcases how AI, robotics, smart mobility, and autonomous systems are accelerating industrial performance across the UAE. 

Day 4 – 

On the final day of the event, participants will find out how strategic partnerships, financing solutions, and youth-focused initiatives are unlocking the UAE’s industrial potential. 

Make It in the Emirates Awards 

In recognition of excellence and innovation in the industrial sector, the MIITE Awards are one of MoIAT’s key initiatives. This event honors pioneers, visionaries, and game-changers who are shaping the future of industry in the UAE and around the world.

The purpose of this showcase is to showcase the best practices in quality, compliance, and performance, so that manufacturers and investors can gain a better understanding of how quality contributes to global competitiveness, export readiness, and long-term value.

It is a launchpad for emerging industrial innovators. Entrepreneurs can connect with investors, partners, and policymakers, showcasing scalable ideas and real-world solutions. In the UAE’s fast-evolving industrial ecosystem, the hub supports growth, collaboration, and access to opportunities.
